In a new eye-opening document published today, a research analyst for Stand Up America exposes deep infiltration of the U.S. government by Islamists whose agenda is to gradually till the ground until America is more Shariah friendly.
The term “Islamist” is to be differentiated from “Muslim.” While all Islamists are Muslims, not all Muslims are Islamists. Islamists encompass a variety of extremist groups that utilize a variety of methods and strategies to impose a radical interpretation of Islam on various populations throughout the world, including the United States.
One of the extremist groups in question is the Muslim Brotherhood, according to a researcher who goes by the name of Spongedocks, who works for retired Major Gen. Paul Vallely. Vallely founded Stand Up America after serving as Senior Military Analyst for Fox News for several years.
Although the Muslim Brotherhood has attempted to moderate its image over the past several years, the organization has a long history of promoting an extremist agenda and maintaining close associations with the most extremist elements within Islam.
The Brotherhood, for example, was widely viewed to be responsible for the assassination of former Egyptian President Anwar Sadat. The group had been viewed as so extreme that it was banned from Egypt.
Yet no sooner had Muslim elements deposed dictator Hosni Mubarak in the Arab Spring of 2011 than one of the extremists of the Islamist clerics who was forced out of the country was back in the center of the square in Cairo preaching a sermon and delivering the call to prayer. He has also called for the annihilation of Israel.
In the aftermath of the Egyptian coup, the Muslim Brotherhood has gained significant power in the country and has implemented severe restrictions on Christians and Jews, burning down their churches and synagogues.
The Coptic Christians in Egypt have been hit particularly hard in the ensuing purge that the extremist Muslims have perpetrated since the coup of 2011.
However, the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood is not limited to the Middle East. For years the organization has expanded its membership to most of the developed nations of the world, including the United States. And with the election of Barack Obama in 2008, their influence in America has greatly expanded.
According to the research in Spongedocks’ work titled “Red to Green, the Muslim Brotherhood in America,” Barack Obama has made sure that the organization has been given every opportunity to flourish. In some areas of the country Shariah law has been implemented in place of laws of the United States.
Shariah is the name Muslims use to designate the law of Allah as taught in the Quran.
Traditionally the United States has prevented religious dogma from serving as a substitute for Constitutional law as encompassed in the laws of the land which are codified in what is known as the U.S. Code. While religious freedom is guaranteed, the courts are under a mandate to remain neutral in religious matters.
However, in recent years extraordinary accommodations have been made to Muslims in a variety of ways. Some school districts teach Shariah law. Some schools have even altered the nature of the meals served to students in order to accommodate Muslims. Airports and universities have provided Muslim prayer rooms that are open only to members of Islam.
The most disturbing aspect of the growing Muslim influence, according to the research, is the infiltration of the Muslim Brotherhood into the top levels of the U.S. government.
Spongedocks names the names of the individuals who have exerted enormous influence over government policy in recent years, including not only the members of the Muslim Brotherhood but high profile liberals who are sympathetic to their cause.
These persons now provide a Muslim presence in the State Department, the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, and Barack Obama’s inner circle.
Bill Ayers, longtime friend to Barack Obama, is heavily involved in the Peace Flotilla movement that is funded by extremist Muslim groups and is dedicated to Palestinian causes. Ayers and his associates Bernadine Dohrn and Code Pink founder Jodie Evans were part of the flotilla that confronted the Israeli military last year in an attempt to break the blockade around Gaza.
Ayers is not the only familiar name among those who are attempting to influence the American government to become more Shariah compliant. Others include Harold Koh, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Grover Norquist, Kit Gage, and Arnold Wolf.
The fact that these elements exist in the highest halls of the federal government is cause for some concern, according to those who watch the growing influence of extremist groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood. Although al Qaida is said to have nearly disintegrated, its sister organizations such as the Taliban, Hamas, and Hezbollah are expanding and gaining influence.
As one former government operative told this reporter concerning the current tactic of extremists to quietly infiltrate the federal government, “If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em. And take ‘em out from the inside.”
